Since graduating from the University of Manitoba School of Art in 2000 with a BFA in Photography, Bill has been exhibited nationally and internationally.

He has lived and worked as an artist in London England, Houston Texas and now creates art in his studio located in the famous Historic Exchange District at 75 Albert Street.  Continuing to collaborate with musicians and artists, Bill is also an avid fisherman and traveller.
